We're looking for a full-time Network Services Senior Level Support Technician to provide a broad range of support to residents and staff members at Warm Hearth Village. The senior technician is responsible for recording, diagnosing, and resolving problems related to IT-supported products and services on campus. This position also supports and helps to maintain WHV’s servers and acts as a backup to the administrator. In addition, the senior technician is responsible for recommending and implementing customer service solutions and protecting the department’s assets.
Critical to this role is comprehensive knowledge of and experience with the principles of computer systems and networking operations.
